Getting Started with Gastro4U

To get started, you'll need to create your first café. This will be the central hub for managing all aspects of your business.

1. Click on the "Create Your First Café" button on the dashboard.
2. Fill in the basic details about your café, such as name, address, and contact information.
3. Click "Create" to set up your café in the system.

After creating your café, you'll want to set up your menu to manage orders efficiently.

1. Navigate to the "Menu" section in your café dashboard.
2. Create categories to organize your menu items (e.g., Appetizers, Main Courses, Desserts).
3. Add menu items with prices, descriptions, and images.

Set up your floor plan and manage table assignments to streamline your service.

1. Go to the "Tables" section in your café dashboard.
2. Create a floor plan that represents your physical space.
3. Add tables with details like capacity, shape, and location.

Once your menu and tables are set up, you can start taking orders.

1. Select a table from your floor plan.
2. Click "New Order" to create an order for that table.
3. Add menu items to the order and specify any special requests.
4. Submit the order to send it to the kitchen.

Add your staff members to the system and assign them appropriate roles.

1. Navigate to the "Staff" section.
2. Click "Add Staff Member" to create a new account.
3. Enter their details and assign appropriate permissions.
4. They'll receive an email invitation to join your café's team.
